The Hotel has a total of 136 rooms, 1 large church, 1 chapel, 1 auditor, 1 library and also houses the religious community of the Divine Word.
The target of a rehabilitation worth 5 Million Euros, it was a work of high complexity since it was replaced the sturdy wall structure of solid brick in iron structure in order to reduce the old corridors of the seminar, the construction was executed in 6 months.
